Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

Convenient proximity to Kamata station ensures easy access to the city. The laundry facility is a great asset. staff even assist in transferring loads from washer to dryer.

Be cautious about the location. it's not very close to the Keikyu line and a taxi from Haneda airport can add up, especially with luggage.

We enjoyed the hotel's proximity to local restaurants and the clean, efficient laundromat service made our trip much easier. Even though the room was small, it offered cozy comfort during our stay.

The room was cozy and real clean, and I reckon the staff treated us like family. They even helped me print out my itinerary, bless their hearts! The location is a hop, skip, and jump from the train station. Missed not having a cancellation policy that was more flexible, though.

All fine, but small room.

The twin room was compact but immaculately clean, paired with excellent staff who provided helpful assistance. A notable highlight was the free laundry service, where the staff even helped transfer loads. However, be cautious about the location, as the walk from the Keikyu line can be challenging with luggage, especially late at night when taxis can be costly. The cancellation policy was also quite rigid, making it less than ideal for changing plans.

Loved the Hotel Mystays Kamata for its spacious rooms and excellent laundry facilities. The staff consistently impressed me with their attentiveness. one even remembered my granddaughter's name during my return visit. I enjoyed the clean environment, comfortable bedding, and great Wi-Fi. However, I found the cancellation policy a bit rigid when my plans changed. The initial difficulty getting there from Haneda with luggage also stood out, particularly since the trains stop operating at night. Despite this, being near Kamata station made it convenient for public transport access, and there are many food options nearby.
